Videocon Z55 Dash with octa-core SoC launched for Rs. 6,490
Videocon's latest offering for the Indian market, Z55 Dash has been designed and assembled at the company's local manufacturing facility in India. The phone has 3G connectivity, dual SIM support and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
Videocon Z55 Dash features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Dragontrail X Glass protection and Anti Fingerprint coating. Inside there is an 1.4GHz octa-core processor paired with 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. For imaging, there is 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front shooter. Apart from 3G, connectivity features supported are WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is fueled by 2200mAh battery.
The Z55 Dash comes preloaded with V-Safe app, which is designed for emergency purposes to contact family and friends, and also comes with a 90-day free subscription to the V-Secure antivirus app.
The Videocon Z55 Dash is priced at Rs. 6,490 and is Flipkart exclusive. It comes in Dash Black w/ Gold and White w/ Silver colors.
